Regulations of the Foundation
These regulations govern the rules for the provision by the Dr. Podbielski Foundation of an electronic service to enable Donors and Donors to make monetary donations for the statutory purposes of the Foundation.
Whenever these Regulations refer to:
Donors/Donors, it should be understood as any person using the website www.podbielski.pl
Foundation, it should be understood as Dr. Podbielski Foundation, 7 Piekary Street, 61-823 Poznań; KRS 0000828273.
The website www.podbielski.pl is managed by the Foundation. Use of the site is free of charge.
Method of collecting and purpose of using donations
- Donations made by Donors and Benefactors are used exclusively for activities consistent with the Foundation's statutory objectives.
- Donations can be made by clicking "Donate" at www.podbielski.pl
- These donations are handled by payment operators:
- the company Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. headquartered in Poznań, Plac Andersa 3, 17th floor, 61-894 Poznań, NIP 7773061579 - The donation can be made through the payment channels provided by the company
National Payment Integrator, i.e., by means of e-transfer, payment card and direct bank transfer. - Donations can be one-time (handled by Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A.).
- The donation amount can be one of the amounts suggested on the website or any other amount
designated by the Donor/Donor.
Personal information
- The Foundation is the controller of the Donor/Donor's personal data. The Foundation undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the 22nd of April 2016. In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) and the Law on Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204).
- By making a donation, the Donor/Donor agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of handling the donation. The Donor/Donor may make his/her personal data available for the purpose of receiving electronically information regarding the activities of the Foundation.
- The Foundation collects the following data: in the case of a donation made through the tPay system, we collect: name, email address and optionally phone. This is necessary for the execution of the contract and the fulfillment of the Foundation's legal obligations. - Payment card numbers are not stored or processed in the Foundation's computer system.
Security of deposits
Contributions from Donors/Donors are protected with a secure SSL certificate. It ensures that all information sent is encrypted.
Order for Free
- Orders are accepted through the website www.podbielski.pl
- Micronutrients according to Dr. Podbielski's formula on the website are marked in detail. Among other things, the website provides information about the properties of micronutrients and its price - micronutrients are free, you only pay for the cost of shipping.
- Deliveries are made within Poland and abroad.
- The order is transferred for processing immediately after its submission.
- Orders cannot be combined. One order is one bottle of TP2 formulation and an information leaflet.
- One person can place one order. Another order can be placed after 2 months or 6 months.
- Shipments are made through the Polish Post Office.
- In Poland, the delivery time is min. 7-10 working days from the time of transfer of the order to the Post Office
Polish (usually longer). Be sure to check the mailbox to see if the letter carrier has left an Advance Notice. - Overseas, the delivery time is about 2-5 weeks from the time the order is handed over to the courier company.
- Micronutrients according to Dr. Podbielski's formula are provided by the Foundation to each ordering party for
free. - Within Poland, you only need to cover the shipping cost of PLN 25 for delivery via the Polish Post Office and online payment via Tpay.
- Shipments abroad, the cost of delivery according to the price list available on epaka.co.uk - online payment PayPal or traditional transfer to the Foundation's data, which the ordering party receives at the e-mail specified in the order.
- The Foundation has the right to refuse to process an order without giving a reason.
Regulations of Fundraising by the Dr. Podbielski Foundation
- The Dr. Podbielski Foundation with its registered seat in Poznan, 7 Piekary Street, 61-823 Poznan, registered in the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public health care facilities under the KRS number 0000828273, using NIP 783-181-28-33 raises and spends funds for the statutory purposes of the Foundation https:// podbielski.pl/Statut_Fundacja_Dr_Podbielski.pdf
- Funds are accumulated in the Foundation's bank accounts. Contributions to the Foundation's bank accounts can be made by wire transfer or through the Tpay online payment system. For security reasons, transfers that do not contain full details identifying the contributor (name and surname) and residential address will not be accepted by the Foundation.
- Complaints regarding payments made should be submitted in writing to the Foundation at its registered office address or via email: kontakt@podbielski.pl. The Foundation will notify the person submitting the complaint within 7 days from the date of its submission in writing or via e-mail.
- Personal data of persons making payments to the Foundation are processed for the purposes of payment processing and the preparation and processing of accounting and reporting documentation by the Foundation and entities intermediating in the execution of electronic payments in accordance with the principles set forth in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO).
- The person making the payments has the right:
- Request from the data controller access to their personal data, rectification of their personal data,
erasure or restriction of processing, as well as to object to the processing of data and their
relocations, - revoke at any time the consent granted for the processing of personal data - in
in which case the processing of data prior to the withdrawal of consent is not affected, - lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection about the violation by the

These regulations are effective as of March 18, 2025.
