Regulations of the Foundation

These Regulations govern the rules for the Dr. Podbielski Foundation's provision of an electronic service to enable Donors and Benefactors to make monetary donations for the Foundation's statutory purposes.
Whenever these Regulations refer to:
Donors/Donors, it should be understood as any person using the www.podbielski.pl website.

Foundation, it should be understood as Dr. Podbielski Foundation, 12 Ogrodowa Street, 61-821 Poznań; KRS 0000828273.

The website www.podbielski.pl is managed by the Foundation. Use of the site is free of charge.

Method of collecting and purpose of using donations

  1. Donations made by Donors and Benefactors are used exclusively for activities consistent with the Foundation's statutory objectives.
  2. Donations can be made by clicking "Donate" at www.podbielski.pl
  3. These donations are handled by payment operators:
    - Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. company. headquartered in Poznań, Plac Andersa 3, 17th floor, 61-894 Poznań, NIP 7773061579
  4. The donation can be made through the payment channels provided by the company
    National Payment Integrator, i.e. by e-transfer, payment card and direct transfer to an account.
  5. Donations can be one-time (handled by Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A.).
  6. The amount of the donation can be one of the amounts suggested on the site or any other amount
    indicated by the Donor/Donor.

Personal information

  1. The Foundation is the controller of the Donor/Donor's personal data. The Foundation undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the 22nd of April 2016. In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) and the Law on Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204).
  2. By making a donation, the Donor/Donor agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of handling the donation. The Donor/Donor may make his/her personal data available for the purpose of receiving electronically information regarding the activities of the Foundation.
  3. The Foundation collects the following data: in the case of a donation made through the tPay system, we collect: name, email address and optionally telephone. This is necessary for the execution of the agreement and the fulfillment of the Foundation's legal obligations.   4. Payment card numbers are not stored or processed in the Foundation's computer system.

Security of deposits

Contributions from Donors/Donors are protected with a secure SSL certificate. It ensures that all information sent is encrypted.

Order for Free

  1. Orders are accepted through the website www.podbielski.pl
  2. Micronutrients according to Dr. Podbielski's formula on the website are marked in detail. Among other things, the website provides information about the properties of micronutrients and its price - micronutrients are free, you only pay for the cost of shipping.
  3. Deliveries are made within Poland and abroad.
  4. The order is transferred for processing immediately after its submission.
  5. Orders cannot be combined. One order is one bottle of TP2 preparation and an information leaflet.
  6. One person can place one order. Another order can be placed after 2 months or 6 months.
  7. Shipments are made via the Polish Post and InPost.
  8. In Poland, the delivery time is about 5 working days from the moment the order is handed over to the Post Office
    Poland and InPost.
  9. Overseas, the delivery time is about 2-5 weeks from the time the order is handed over to the Post Office
    Poland.
  10. Micronutrients according to Dr. Podbielski's formula are given by the Foundation to each ordering party for free
    free of charge.
  11. Within Poland, you only need to pay the cost of shipping by cash or card PLN 30 at InPost courier at the time of delivery by courier or PLN 25 for delivery by Polish Post and online payment via Tpay.
  12. Shipments abroad, the cost of delivery 35 PLN - online payment PayPal or traditional transfer to the Foundation's data, which the ordering party receives at the e-mail specified in the order.
  13. The Foundation has the right to refuse to process an order without giving a reason.

Regulations of Fundraising by the Dr. Podbielski Foundation

  1. The Dr. Podbielski Foundation with its registered seat in Poznań, 12 Ogrodowa Street, 61-821 Poznań, entered in the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public health care facilities under the KRS number 0000828273, using NIP 783-181-28-33 raises and spends funds for the statutory purposes of the Foundation https:// podbielski.pl/Statut_Fundacja_Dr_Podbielski.pdf
  2. Funds are accumulated in the Foundation's bank accounts. Contributions to the Foundation's bank accounts can be made by wire transfer or through the Tpay online payment system. For security reasons, transfers that do not contain full details identifying the contributor (name and surname) and residential address will not be accepted by the Foundation.
  3. Complaints regarding payments made should be submitted in writing to the Foundation at its registered office address or via email: kontakt@podbielski.pl. The Foundation will notify the person submitting the complaint within 7 days from the date of its submission in writing or via e-mail.
  4. Personal data of persons making payments to the Foundation are processed for the purposes of payment processing and the preparation and processing of accounting and reporting documentation by the Foundation and entities intermediating in the execution of electronic payments in accordance with the principles set forth in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO).
  5. The person making the payments has the right:
    1. to request from the data controller access to their personal data, their rectification,
      erasure or restriction of processing, as well as to object to the processing of data and to their
      portability,
    2. revoke at any time the consent granted for the processing of personal data - in this
      in which case the processing of data prior to the withdrawal of consent is not affected,
    3. lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection about violation by the controller of the
