Regulations of the Foundation

These regulations govern the rules for the rendering of electronic services by the Dr Podbielski Foundation which enable Donors to transfer money donations for the statutory goals of the Foundation. Whenever the following terms are mentioned in these Regulations: Donor/Donors, this should be understood to mean person using the Foundation website www.podbielski.pl; Foundation, this should be understood to mean the Dr Podbielski Foundation, ul. Ogrodowa 12, 61-821 Poznań; KRS 0000828273. The website www.podbielski.pl is managed by the Foundation. Use of the website is free of charge.

Method of collection and purpose of use of donations:

  1. Donations made by Donors are used exclusively for activities that are consistent with the statutory goals of the Foundation.
  2. Donations can be made by clicking “Donate” at www.podbielski.pl
  3. These donations are handled by the following payment operators: – PayPro S.A., with its registeredoffice at ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, NIP: 779-236-98-87.
  4. You can make a donation via the payment channels provided by PayPro, i.e. by e-transfer, debit cardand direct bank transfer.
  5. Donations may be one-time donations (handled by PayPro).
  6. The donated amount may be one of the amounts suggested on the site or any other amountdesignated by the Donor.

Personal Data:

  1. The Foundation is the controller of the Donor’s personal data. The Foundation undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (22). In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of EU L 119 of 4 May 2016) and the Act on Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws, no. 144, item 1204).
  2. By making a donation, the Donor agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of handling the donation. The Donor may provide his/her personal data in order to receive, by electronic means, information regarding the activities of the Foundation.
  3. The Foundation collects the following data: in the case of a donation made through the PayPro system we collect: name and surname, email address, and optionally a telephone number. This is necessary for the performance of the contract and to comply with the Foundation’s legal obligations.   4. Payment card numbers are not recorded or processed in the Foundation’s computer system.
  5. Security of Donor Contributions is ensured by the use of a secure SSL certificate. This ensures thatall transmitted information is encrypted.

Order for Free:

  1. Orders are accepted through the website www.podbielski.pl.

  2. Microelements according to Dr. Podbielski’s recipe are clearly marked on the website. The website also provides information about the properties of microelements and their cost – microelements are free, and only the shipping cost needs to be paid.

  3. Deliveries are made within Poland and abroad.

  4. The order is processed immediately after it is placed.

  5. Orders cannot be combined. One order consists of one bottle of TP2 preparation and an information leaflet.
  6. One person can place one order. The next order can be placed after 1.5 months or 3 months.
  7. Shipments are delivered via Poczta Polska (Polish Post) or InPost.

  8. Within Poland, the delivery time is approximately 5 business days from the moment the order is handed over to Poczta Polska or InPost.

  9. For international shipments, the delivery time is approximately 2-5 weeks from the moment the order is handed over to Poczta Polska.

  10. Microelements according to Dr. Podbielski’s recipe are provided for free by Fundacja.

  11. For deliveries within Poland, only the shipping cost of PLN 30 can be paid in cash or by card to the InPost courier upon delivery, or PLN 25 for delivery by Poczta Polska and online payment via Przelewy24.

  12. For international shipments, the shipping cost is PLN 35 – online payment via PayPal or traditional bank transfer to the Foundation’s account, which the orderer will receive via email provided in the order.

  13. The foundation has the right to refuse to fulfill the order without providing a reason.

Rules of procedure for the collection of funds by the Dr Podbielski Foundation:

  1. Dr Podbielski Foundation, with its registered office at ul. Ogrodowa 12, 61-821 Poznań, entered in the register of associations, other social and professional organisations, foundations and independent public health care facilities under KRS number 0000828273, using NIP no. 783-181-28-33, acquires and spends financial resources for the statutory purposes of the Foundation https:// podbielski.pl/Statut_Fundacja_Dr_Podbielski.pdf
  2. The funds are accumulated in the Foundation’s bank accounts. Payments to the Foundation’s bank accounts can be made by bank transfer or via the Przelewy24 online payment system. For security reasons, transfers that do not contain complete information identifying the donor (name and surname) and his/her address of residence will not be accepted by the Foundation.
  3. Complaints concerning payments made should be submitted in writing to the Foundation at the address of its registered office or by email: kontakt@podbielski.pl. The Foundation will notify the person filing the complaint within 7 days of the date of its submission in writing or by email.
  4. Personal data of persons making donations to the Foundation are processed for purposes related to the processing of payments and compilation and processing of accounting and reporting documentation by the Foundation and the intermediaries of electronic payments, in accordance with the principles set out in Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
  5. The person making the payment has the right to:a) demand from the data controller access to his/her personal data, their rectification, erasure orrestriction of processing, as well as to object to the processing of the data and their transfer,b) withdraw at any time granted consent to the processing of personal data – in this case it does not

    affect the processing of data prior to the withdrawal of consent,

    c) lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection against a breach of

These regulations are effective as of 22 April 2020.
